About Our Products

Why real red oak and cypress?

Our rocking chairs and tables are made from real red oak. Oak is a dense hardwood valued for strength, stability, wear resistance and the substantial feel expected from quality furniture. Its natural grain gives every piece individual character, and real red oak can be maintained, sanded and refinished over time.

Our swings and gliders are made from long-lasting cypress. Cypress has a long history in outdoor applications and is valued for its natural resistance to decay compared with many common furniture woods. Its balance of strength and manageable weight also makes it well suited to hanging swings and moving glider assemblies.

Our furniture is made in America by third-generation builders who continue a family tradition of building real-wood outdoor furniture. Every piece is sold raw and unfinished unless a stain finish is selected. Natural / Unfinished is always the base price; a stain finish is available for an additional charge per item.

No outdoor wood is maintenance-free, but real red oak, long-lasting cypress, sound construction, and reasonable care give the furniture a strong foundation for years of use. Our Limited Lifetime Warranty is designed to stand behind covered material and workmanship defects.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

Quality Outdoor Patio Furniture is built from real red oak and long-lasting cypress by third-generation American builders. We stand behind defects in the materials and workmanship of the furniture we sell. This local-build warranty is written to reflect the coverage we intend to offer; final production terms will be reviewed before public launch.

What we intend to cover

  • Natural defects or flaws in the wood or construction that materially affect the furniture's intended use.
  • Workmanship or builder-related defects for which the furniture was not built as it should have been.
  • Premature structural rot or decay that occurs substantially earlier than reasonably expected under normal residential use and reasonable care.
  • For an approved covered claim, we may repair the affected piece or replace it, at our option, when repair is not practical.

What is not a covered defect

  • Neglect, abuse, misuse, accidents, pet damage, improper installation or storage, unauthorized alteration, or failure to provide reasonable care.
  • Normal aging, weathering, checking, grain or color variation, stain fading, surface wear, or ordinary movement that naturally occurs in real wood over time.
  • Damage caused by extraordinary external events such as flood, fire, falling objects, severe storms, or other causes unrelated to a defect in the furniture.
  • Damage caused by a customer's actions or failure to maintain the furniture reasonably for its environment.

How a warranty claim works

Keep your receipt or order number. Contact Quality Outdoor Patio Furniture with the purchaser's name, order information, photographs, and a description of the problem. We may inspect the furniture or request additional information before determining whether the issue is covered. This warranty is intended for the original retail purchaser for normal residential use. State-law rights may provide additional protections.

If the problem is ours or the builder's, we intend to stand behind it. If the damage was caused by customer neglect, misuse, or improper care, the warranty does not cover that damage.

Local development draft — final legal warranty document and claim procedure will be finalized before accepting public orders.

Wholesale

Buying wholesale? Call us before you build a retail cart.

Wholesale orders use negotiated volume pricing and are handled directly so we can give you the best possible total. Wholesale furniture is sold Natural / Unfinished only — stain or coloring is not offered on wholesale purchases.
